Where are your frames sourced?
We buy our frames exclusively from Europe and Japan. 90% of our frames are French, Italian and German.
How long does it take to get my glasses after I pick my frames and have my eye exam?
We cut lenses in-house. Glasses will be finished within 5-7 business days.
What is your return policy?
Because the glasses are custom made we do not allow returns. We have a 24-hour store exchange.
Do you offer eye exams?
Yes, by appointment only. Call us to set your appointment with Dr. Mark Gordon, OD
What if I’m having problems getting used to my glasses or lenses?
We would have you come in to assess what the issue is and help further. We have a 90-day guarantee for a doctor's change in lenses if the RX needs changing.
What is the Opticwash?
We offer free eyeglass sanitizing in-house with our Opticwash. This deep cleaning machine removes buildup, smudges, oils, and debris from your lenses and frames, making them feel brand new. This is safe for all lens types.
Can I try on any pair of glasses that I want?
When you enter our doors, you receive a styling experience. Glasses are fit to your facial structure and coloring. If you see a pair you like that we haven’t chosen for you, point it out, and we will bring it to the front to try!
Do I need to make an appointment to pick out frames?
No, due to the exclusivity of the frames we carry, they are first-come, first-served. If you are concerned about timing, please feel free to call us and set up an appointment.
Do you offer contact lens fitting?
Yes, by appointment only.
How often do you get new frames?
We get new styles in every day!
What frame maintenance do you offer?
When you buy your glasses from us, we offer free adjustments, Opticwashes, & screw and nosepad replacements as needed.
Do you offer transition lenses?
Yes- we carry transition lenses. They come in different colors such as brown, gray, amethyst, sapphire, emerald, etc
